RETURN ON INVESTMENT Along with regular monthly repairs and maintenance, the RTS customer will receive a set number of free leak calls per month. (The norm for customer’s return on investment is $3 to every $1) An Associates Roofing, Inc. Project Manager will perform a yearly inspection in order to: • Provide scope of work for serviceman. • Provide the customer with budgeting and planning information at no charge. ROOF HISTORY MAINTENANCE RECORDS Every month you receive a roof drawing accompanied by a punch list showing what repairs were made and where. RTS is essential for any roof currently under warranty; because most manufacturers require regular roof maintenance to keep warranty valid. |
